Serves: 6 adults

1 lb. Ground Beef (93/7 is the best)
1 Chopped Onion (or less depending on your taste)
1 packet taco seasoning
½ C. Water
1 can of Red Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cans of Chopped Tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste (6 oz)
3 cups water
Shredded Cheese
Sour cream
1. Brown ground beef with onions (can also use dried onions).
2. Add taco seasoning and ½ C. Water and simmer till water absorbs.
3. Add Beans, Tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Turn to medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Serve. Top with shredded cheese and/or sour cream.
This meal refrigerates well for 2-3 days.
